Wajib

Terms of Service

Effective July 10, 2026

These terms govern your use of Wajib (the iOS/iPadOS/macOS app and its ChatGPT connector, together "Wajib"), developed and operated by Sami Fathi ("I", "me"). By using Wajib, you agree to these terms.

What Wajib is

Wajib is a personal task and obligation tracker. It's provided as-is, for personal use, to help you capture and organize things you need to do.

Your responsibilities

Third-party services

Wajib can connect to services I don't operate — including Apple iCloud/CloudKit, Notion, Slack, and OpenAI's ChatGPT. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, not mine. I'm not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or content.

No warranty

Wajib is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. I don't guarantee Wajib will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost — though iCloud sync is designed to make loss unlikely, you're encouraged not to rely on Wajib as your sole record of anything critical.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I'm not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Wajib.

Changes

I may update these terms as Wajib changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Termination

You can stop using Wajib at any time by deleting the app. I may discontinue or change any part of Wajib, including the email or ChatGPT capture services, at any time.
